Roles:
GK: control your box that's your area! Communication to your defenders, starting position - prepare to sweep up behind the defense, be available for back passes.
Left/Right Back: When keeper has ball drop off be an option, tuck in when ball gets played to other side, be positive and look to attack - over laps, runs, 1-2's
Center Backs: Put your body between the ball and your goal, be willing to bock shots, win all balls in the air, maintain the defensive shape, talk to your full backs, one CB be prepare to win ball whilst other just drops behinds to cover.
Left/Right Mid: Run at opposition, can you cut in, work back when defending, make pitch big when attacking, drop in making pitch small when defending, gets shots off when possible
Center Mids: Win all balls in air, physical, find the right pass, attack & defend, look for link up play with strikers, control the game, look to play through ball
Strikers: Shots off when possible, Press from the front, look for the through balls, always on shoulder of defenders, movement for each other.
