i chose this formation for the west ham team as i feel this gives us our most attacking and defensive formation and team, using the two centre midfield players they can run back and get forward. the defence i have used is our strongest whilst fastest defence possible the attacking force of jarvis, downing, nolan and borriello as this is a lot of pace and a great team effort between the players.
