Trying to find a formation that fits our most creative players in midfield, i.e. Hoolahan, Howson, Fer and Redmond. Extra width from two pacy wingers in Olsson and Whittaker and also Redmond breaking out of formation. Becchio's a big lad and can drop back for more defensive cover. Wes and Howson are both at there most creative in advanced midfield roles. Usual back 4.
