Goalkeeper: Jon McLaughlin, young and the best keeper of the squad.
Right Back: Simon Ramsden, as some kind of leader, the captain.
Central Back 1: Luke Oliver, the player of the year, experienced, tall and strong, good for headers (corners and long distance fouls).
Central Back 2: Andrew Davies, I think Bradford is the team for him to really stabilize his career.
Left Back: Matt Fry, young player with a lot of potential.
Defensive MF 1: Ricky Ravenhill, can give some tranquility to the middlefield.
Defensive MF 2: Ritchie Jones, defensive and offensive responsabilities in this position.
Right Middle: Garry Thompson, i chose ramdomly, i think he can do something there.
Left Middle: Kyel Reid, offensive middlefielder, young, fast, can play as a playmaker and can score too.
Right Foward: Nahki Wells, very young and talented player, the light and quick foward.
Left Foward: James Hanson, the best scorer, tall and strong.

With this formation the team would have balance between defense and offense.
