Starting formation against Manchester United, Song will change his role from box to box to a defending midfielder, wilshere will be given more freedom to attack, but will have more defending responsibilities than usual. Arshavin and Nasri are important in ball retention on thier half, so they will play a little lower down the pitch thann normal, but still quite deep in the opponents half.

If a goal is conceded, Chamakh will be subbed off and Van persie/Bendtner will be subbed on, purely for the purpose of a different approach to attack, Fabregas may also be subbed off and van persie may play in his area as the second striker where he flourished against fulham and wigan. Nasri will not be subbed. Instead, his position will be moved to where wilshere is and wilshere will be subbed for walcott, for counter attacking purposes.

Arshavin may be subbed off for vela later on in the game if we are losing or winning.
