Gerrard getting older will turning into more of a deep lying playmaker. Adam Johnson has been amazing for Man City with his limited playing time think he would work well. Ibrahim Afellay can play on either wing or in the midfield so he's very dynamic. Suarez's best position is more of a 2nd striker than a full out and out #9 which is why i chose Cavani.
