Lineup (4-3-3)

What I like about this offset 4-3-3 is that you have 4 target men (Milito, Messi, Higuain, Tevez) and 2 main finishers (Messi, Milito). If you can imagine this, Messi is playing as a CAM, setting up most of the plays, while Milito play as the main finisher. As defenders target Messi, it leaves open space for Milito to strike given that the oppositions offense hasn't caught him offside. This works well with the wings as well. The beauty of it is that there are many potential one-two passing connections that can be made here i.e. messi>higuain>messi, messi>milito>messi, etc. I frequently use this formation in FIFA 11. I use Milito as the target man and finish off with Messi using one-two passing. This is a highly attacking formation so be wary. Defensively, it isn't the best formation, but if you can pressure up high early on the game and maintain possession, you'll see how effective it is. Tactically, I prefer short, quick passes, and a fast build up with this formation. Try it out.
