this formation i used on football manager, and i get 2nd place...

sometime i make a rotation between matuzalem, hernanes, firmani and ledesma...

and for RM i can use foggia or brocchi...

gariddo can replace radu, stendardo for diakite sometime...

hernanes is utility player, he can play in many position:
AM L, AM C, M C, M R, DM
but i like to put him in M C...

try it if u want...
