Lineup (4-3-3)

Aston Villa were always an obvious team for me to be in this league. Much like Blackburn and Bolton they were teams that were always in the PL as I grew up (obviously not so much more recently). All 3 teams also had a very good spell were they were pushing for European places and looked like they had real direction. The line up I've gone for us a very interchangeable one which I feel gives them lots of options. Some of the obvious ones are that Albrighton can drop into the midfield and either Milner or A. Young can move forward. Also Barry can drop in at LB and Milner could cover either fullback position. The team is mostly based on counter attacking, with Milner and Barry offering support to the defence, whilst Gabby, Albrighton and Grealish have pace to burn on the counter. Angel is one of the most clinical strikers I have seen for Villa and gets the nod over some tough competition. Honourable mentions are C. Davies, Petrov, Berger, Weimann, Carew, Benteke, Dublin and D. Bent. The captaincy goes to Mellberg, as he was proven under O'Neil. O'Neil is of course the manager, due to his exciting and successful few years there.
