Basic starting formation - Top three speed @sweep, strike and dmid. Omid and Fwd are ball handlers and play makers. Stopper and L/R backs are marking players. DMid/Stopper protect the center. L/R backs, OMids (dmid if necessary) move the ball up the lanes.
