Defence: Complete reform needed, although Van der Wiel still needs to work more on his defensive ability but this can be an intro to the new defense line starting from VDW through the un-tested yet promissing Ron Vlaar to Piters who has the perfect body build, character and mentality for a LB/LCB/CB.

DMF: Consists of the highly experienced and capable De Jong and MVB who have the ability to support the defence, control the midfield as well as spport in playmaking through their accurate long/short passing.

Robben/Sneijder/VDV: doesnt need any explanation

VPersie as a 2nd long-range striker and close playmker with the link of the AMF trio.
Derk Kuyt as a 1st striker as he can use his mature mentality and expertise in utilizing lethal creative playmiking from the AMF and DMF and V Persie.
