Whilst defending we have 2 CDM's and 2 Central midfielder because Nick drops down to a Central Midfielder and then Chris.N drops to a CAM/CF.
Whilst attacking the two Central Midfielders press higher up and we then have 2 strikers and depending on if its on the left or right the LB/RB act as a LWB/RWB and push up attacking and putting pressure on the defence.
