This is the best formation for Birmingham to play, with Ferguson as a holding midfielder and Gardner bombing forward. I would hope that Foster and Dann would stay but expect us to lose Johnson. Davies will step into his role well in the Championship. Mcfadden and Beausejour will provide creativity on the flanks with Zigic knocking the ball down for new signing 'hopefully' Mackail-Smith. Redmond and Mutch can also be exciting youth players to add to the mix in the midfield. If we are unlucky enough to lose Zigic, Jerome will have to prove himself as a worthy replacement up front.
