Lineup (4-1-4-1)

This is an anti-football tactic which was deployed by Rangers on there route to the UEFA Cup Final where they only conceded two goals. The aim of the formation is to basically park the bus similar to Chelsea in a rigid 4-1-4-1 formation with central defenders acting as full backs and centre midfielders and wide midfielders. When behind, take of wide midfielders for Aird and Templeton for the energy and pace to tire opponent and also take off CDM for Miller for more energy up frount and revert to a 4-4-2
