this formation is an attacking but also defensive.Your midfielders must be very strong,good with the ball andhave a good vision for the game.Your back 4 have to be very strong as this formation is not as defensive as other formations.Your fowards have to have speed and good stamina.there shooting should be very good as they will be getting lots of chances to go for goal.As u can see everywhereon the pitch is triangles.If a player keeps losing the ball because there is no support u can always keep rotating the players.The middle man is technaqually themost important man on the pitch as he blocksthrough balls and also gives most of the through balls.If your middle man goes out of position everything is ruined and everything will be messed up.You would needto make sure that the right,left centre midfieldersnever cross the middle man because if they do they are leaving a huge gap for players to run into.The wings are the weakest part.On throw ins the full backsalways takes them.The only people who should support him is the right/left centre mid the left/right centre back and the left/right foward.
