This is simiilar but allows James and Cuadrado closer to goal. James can score at hightest level, this is to push Cuadrado to be his complement a right footed james.

Carbonero is a better option to play holding/right/ center mid than Quintero and Gaurin, as he plays safer passes and turns it over less, yet still has good long range shot and long range passing.

Mejia is better on the ball than Sanchez
