Forster · VvD · O'Connell · Izzi · Matthews · Mulgrew (C) · Kayal · Boeriggter · Johansen · Commons · StokesMost of the play to come down the flanks and through Johansen. Izzi and Boeriggter on the left running onto ball over the top from Mulgrew or Johansen. On right Matthews to run onto ball over top from Mulgrew. When Izzi is going forward Mulgrew must step into left back, Johansen will drop off into Midfield and the forward line will become Boerrigter, Commons and Stokes.
