Bayer 04 Leverkusen Football Formation

Lineup (4-3-3)

This is my second formation for Bayer Leverkusen next season 2011/2012, I call it B04 II. Also here are 2 assumptions, one is that Vidal will stay and Dutt will play aggresive defensively and wide-fast attack. This formation I believe would be a great formation to play the Champions League, its a copy of Jose Morinho's Chelsea's formation, where the middle is packed with 3 players, all fantastic in defence and very aggresive but can play good passes and shoot from outside the box. Where the wings are on the contrary, very fast, no defensive duties as much and use pace and wide space to service the lone strong-built stricker and also can turn in and shoot or act as 2nd forward from either side. The lone stricker can roam freely, must be strong-built, fast with a powerful shot, hence I chose Derdiyok. The 2 fullbacks, Castro and Kadlec will be high positioned, where they will always join the attack, and they are very capable of that.
Defensively this formation is very very tight and increadibly hard to penetrate. taking in consideration 3 acting DMs in case of no-ball possesion and 2 string CBs and their aggressiveness.
